一、簡介:     三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)是厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)的核心(xin)裝置,主(zhu)要應(ying)(ying)用于UASB、EGSB、IC等(deng)厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),它在厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)可(ke)實現固(gu)、液、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)。因(yin)三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)的效果(guo)直接決定(ding)了厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)工藝(yi)的成敗,所以三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)的設計參數要求相(xiang)當(dang)精密,性能良(liang)好的三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)是UASB、EGSB、IC反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)高(gao)負荷(he)、穩定(ding)良(liang)好運(yun)行(xing)的保證。我公(gong)司研(yan)發(fa)生(sheng)產(chan)的廂(xiang)式(shi)三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi),已成功運(yun)用于化(hua)工、醫藥、發(fa)酵等(deng)行(xing)業污(wu)水處理工程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),UASB負荷(he)高(gao)達(da)8kgCOD/m³d,EGSB、IC負荷(he)可(ke)穩定(ding)在15 kgCOD/m³d。我公(gong)司生(sheng)產(chan)的此廂(xiang)式(shi)三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)在同行(xing)業中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)已達(da)到國內先進水平(ping)。二、設備結構:    三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)主(zhu)要有(you)反(fan)(fan)射(she)板、集氣(qi)(qi)(qi)槽、集氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)、集水槽。三(san)(san)、工作原理:    隨著(zhu)污(wu)水與污(wu)泥(ni)相(xiang)接觸而(er)發(fa)生(sheng)厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying),產(chan)生(sheng)沼(zhao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)是甲烷(wan)和(he)二氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)碳)引(yin)起污(wu)泥(ni)床(chuang)擾動。在污(wu)泥(ni)床(chuang)產(chan)生(sheng)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有(you)一部分(fen)(fen)附著(zhu)在污(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒(li)(li)上(shang)(shang),自由氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)和(he)附著(zhu)在污(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒(li)(li)上(shang)(shang)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)上(shang)(shang)升至(zhi)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)的頂(ding)部。污(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒(li)(li)上(shang)(shang)升撞擊到脫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)擋板的底部,這引(yin)起附著(zhu)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)釋(shi)放(fang);脫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的污(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒(li)(li)沉淀回(hui)到污(wu)泥(ni)床(chuang)的表面(mian)。自由氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)和(he)從(cong)污(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒(li)(li)釋(shi)放(fang)的氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)被收集在反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)頂(ding)部的集氣(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi)內。液體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)包含一些剩(sheng)余(yu)的固(gu)體(ti)(ti)和(he)生(sheng)物顆(ke)粒(li)(li)進入到沉淀室(shi)內,剩(sheng)余(yu)固(gu)體(ti)(ti)和(he)生(sheng)物顆(ke)粒(li)(li)從(cong)液體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)并通(tong)過(guo)反(fan)(fan)射(she)板落回(hui)到污(wu)泥(ni)層的上(shang)(shang)面(mian)。分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)、固(gu)體(ti)(ti)后的液體(ti)(ti)繼續(xu)上(shang)(shang)升,最后從(cong)出水堰溢流,經(jing)集水槽排出。沼(zhao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)聚集于三(san)(san)相(xiang)分(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)頂(ding)部,通(tong)過(guo)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)排出。高(gao)濃度(du)有(you)機(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)廢(fei)水經(jing)過(guo)厭(yan)(yan)(yan)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)預(yu)處理后,有(you)機(ji)物得到大量去除,COD大幅度(du)下降。
