一、簡(jian)介:     三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)核心(xin)裝置,主要應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)于UASB、EGSB、IC等厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong),它在(zai)(zai)厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)中(zhong)可(ke)實現固、液、氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)。因三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)效果直接(jie)決(jue)定了厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)工(gong)(gong)藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成敗,所以三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)計參數要求相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)當精密,性(xing)能良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)UASB、EGSB、IC反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)負荷、穩定良好運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)保證。我(wo)公(gong)司(si)研發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廂(xiang)式三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi),已(yi)成功(gong)運(yun)用(yong)于化工(gong)(gong)、醫藥、發(fa)酵(jiao)等行(xing)業污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)處理工(gong)(gong)程中(zhong),UASB負荷高(gao)(gao)達8kgCOD/m³d,EGSB、IC負荷可(ke)穩定在(zai)(zai)15 kgCOD/m³d。我(wo)公(gong)司(si)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)此廂(xiang)式三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)同行(xing)業中(zhong)已(yi)達到國內(nei)先進水(shui)(shui)平。二(er)、設(she)備結構:    三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)主要有反(fan)射板、集(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)槽、集(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)、集(ji)水(shui)(shui)槽。三(san)(san)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原理:    隨著(zhu)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)與污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)觸而發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying),產(chan)(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)沼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)是(shi)甲(jia)烷和二(er)氧(yang)(yang)化碳(tan))引起污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)床擾(rao)動。在(zai)(zai)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)床產(chan)(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)中(zhong)有一部分(fen)(fen)(fen)附著(zhu)在(zai)(zai)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒上(shang)(shang),自(zi)由氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)泡和附著(zhu)在(zai)(zai)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)泡上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)至(zhi)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頂部。污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)撞擊到脫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)擋(dang)板的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)底部,這(zhe)引起附著(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)泡釋放(fang);脫氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒沉淀回(hui)(hui)到污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)床的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)。自(zi)由氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)和從(cong)(cong)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)顆(ke)粒釋放(fang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)被收(shou)集(ji)在(zai)(zai)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)頂部的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)集(ji)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)室(shi)內(nei)。液體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)中(zhong)包(bao)含(han)一些剩(sheng)余的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)固體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)和生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)顆(ke)粒進入(ru)到沉淀室(shi)內(nei),剩(sheng)余固體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)和生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)顆(ke)粒從(cong)(cong)液體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)中(zhong)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)并通(tong)過(guo)(guo)反(fan)射板落回(hui)(hui)到污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)層的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)面(mian)(mian)。分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)、固體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)液體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)繼續(xu)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng),最(zui)后從(cong)(cong)出水(shui)(shui)堰溢流(liu),經集(ji)水(shui)(shui)槽排出。沼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)聚集(ji)于三(san)(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)頂部,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)排出。高(gao)(gao)濃(nong)度(du)有機生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)經過(guo)(guo)厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)預處理后,有機物(wu)(wu)得(de)到大量(liang)去除,COD大幅度(du)下降(jiang)。
